We will begin with honouring land and traditional custodians of Bunurong People of the Kulin Nation, and each of our own ancestral linage who have been practising herbal medicine to prevent illness and remedy healing in our communities, and our plant allies for their generosity and abundance.
Each place in this workshop is for 1 parent and 1 child together (please get in touch with us if you'd like to bring a sibling as well <3). In this workshop we will co-create an offering, and each participant is encouraged to bring few flowers, leafs, twigs that grows around you in the season, or is expressing the season (example: Autumn leaves).
We’ll start with plant talk, exploring our relationship with nature and our daily herbal rituals that we practice. We’ll make a herbal syrup for immune support and a cough/cold remedy to aid us for the season. Plus, we’ll share a dream herb to take home and explore <3 (Chamomile/Lavender for kids and Mugwort for adults).
