You are invited to a monthly circle to chant Universal chants of peace, love and joy in English, Sanskrit and Hebrew accompanied by harmonium.
WHAT IS CHANTING?
Chanting is part of many ancient cultures and Spiritual traditions including Buddhist, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and Christian. In involves singing repetitive words or phrases with or without an accompanying musical instrument.

Event Description
Irene will create a safe space for you to chant or just soak in the sound. We begin with brief introductions and setting intentions. We will then chant a variety of chants in English, Sanskrit and Hebrew to connect us to feelings of peace, love, gratitude and joy. You may sit, lie or move as you would like.
