Join Dan from Cymatic Harmony for a family sound bath & mindfulness activities event at The Revillaging Project on Wednesday 19th of April at 10am.

The event is 90 mins and consists of some mindfulness activities & some breathing techniques, a 30-35 min sound bath & there is time at the end to be able to play some of the instruments ðŸŽ¶ 

Cost is $35 per adult & $15 per child.
