Being a dad is amazing and the most important job any of us will ever have in our lives. But when’s the last time you put in any time into learning & practicing the skills to becoming a better dad?

DAD TIME
A facilitated men’s group for Dads (& Dads to be) facilitated by Josh Melnick, Revillaging Project co-founder.
Why Join Dad Time?
Being a dad is amazing, and perhaps the most important job we'll ever have. Yet, when was the last time you invested in honing the skills to become a better dad? Our kids crave our presence, but learning how to show up for them doesn't happen magically. The same goes for our partners; life is a team sport, but many dads find themselves going at it mostly alone. Relying solely on your partner for support isn't a sustainable equation for personal or relationship success – it can become burdensome for them and leave you feeling isolated.
Breaking the Barriers of Isolation
I get it— the constant hustle at work, the pressure to provide, and the limited free time spent solely with family. Todays Dads are expected to do more and be more for their partners and children than ever before in human history. Where did all the time go? Despite all the joy and purpose that comes with being a Dad, there can also be a sense of loss, loneliness and friendlessness that comes with territory. And most of us become dads without any rite of passage or preparation. But what about filling your cup and equipping yourself to show up as the man, husband, and father you aspire to be?
👉 The Details:
(2) 90min sessions per month, every other Wednesday night.
Josh Melnick will lead the entire group for the first segment, offering a short practice and the introduction of a theme for the session.
Each Father will have a chance to share and participate in the strictly confidential men’s circle that follows.
After the 90 min session you are welcome to hang out inside or outside by the fire for some casual conversation.
We’ll also set up a private members whatsapp group for weekly check ins, questions, or bad Dad Jokes. This is a great place to build community and friendship on a weekly level.
The groups will begin promptly at 730pm and end on time. The time slot is based around having time to pop home after work, have dinner with your family, kiss the kids goodnight and then have some You time.
Being a dad is more than just a title it's an incredible journey that deserves intentional learning and growth.

Testimonials
“I didn’t know quite what to expect when I joined Josh’s Dads Group, but in the end it was a truly transformational experience. Not only did I find deep connection to an incredible group of dads from all walks, but I left each session with practical tips and frameworks I’ve come to find indispensable in navigating the road of fatherhood. Josh is a truly gifted facilitator and I feel lucky to have found myself in his group.”
- Xander C, Father of 2. Filmmaker
"Josh has the magic touch as a moderator--often invisible, but always gently insistent that the discussion gets to those aha! moments and affirming insights the group would not arrive at on its own. We had no idea when signing up for this experiment that months later it would become one of the essential moments of every week, and that the connections we have made will surely last a lifetime. I would give up a lot to preserve this time together--and almost every week I give up something important to keep this conversation on the calendar.” -Gadi D, Father of 2, Princeton University
