Join us on a Journey of Movement, Breath, and Community in a space where your children are welcomed to be present while you practice.

Together we will:

-Practice classical Vinyasa yoga: an intuitively led practice to meet the energy of the group, training and strengthening body and mind through breath and movement, while also gently and restoratively tending to the weary mama.

-Have space to connect with a community of mothers: through weekly, led circle discussion surrounding whatever is present in all aspects of postpartum, matressence and motherhood.

- (Re)connect to your pelvic bowl

-(Re)balance your nervous system

- Observe as your child plays with a variety of natural toys and objects

The class today was so much more than just yoga. It was connection with other mothers where I felt supported and cared for both physically and emotionally. It went above and beyond what I expected from a yoga class. Thank you for creating and facilitating such a wonderful experience.

About Your Facilitator

Narelle is the co-founder of the Revillaging Project and Sage Mamma, both of which place the mother’s wellness central to the wellbeing of our children our families, creating a ripple effect of healing into the heart of our community. Narelle is the mother of three children and an Innate certified postpartum care practitioner. She is a passionate post-partum doula who has centered her life around supporting mothers through all aspects of postpartum, matressence and the spirituality of motherhood through the lens of Ayurveda and other traditional wisdom. Narelle’s Yoga journey began in India in 2002, where she was steeped in the art and science of Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda. She spent the following years living in New York City, studying extensively under the tutelage of Kelly Morris and various other highly esteemed yoga and meditation teachers, grounding her deeply onto her spiritual path and as a teacher of classical Vinyasa yoga- defined as movement with breath. Narelle weaves her Yogic and Ayurvedic knowledge together with traditional, indigenous wisdom surrounding the child bearing continuum to support women through all aspects of postpartum, matressence and the spirituality of motherhood in a practical and approachable way. Narelle’s core belief through her own lived experience is that a mother will thrive when held within a community of reciprocal support. When women gather, practice, share and grow together, we have the potential to heal the planet. When a mother’s well-being is prioritized, children (and families) are healthy and well, feeding back into healthy communities and thus impacting real change.

I started Narelle’s Mum and Bob Yoga Circle in My Early postpartum. This space has offered me and my daughter so much! Narelle is incredibly intuitive and she holds space in the most loving way. Her touch whilst adjusting you is very supportive and confident. Whilst respecting everyone’s personal space. I’ve always felt very safe to share in the group my own experiences and challenges in Motherhood. And this is such amazing resource for new and old Mummas as we grow stronger together 🤍My Daughter Naaia looks forward to yoga class each week. I’d Recommend this space for everyone with a little one. We are so blessed to have Narelle in our community

HOW DO I BOOK IN?

CLASSES ARE ON TUESDAYS

Please book below at a time that coresponds to your child’s age

  • Tuesdays, 9:15am: Toddlers

  • Tuesdays, 10:45am: Infants

  • Tuesdays, 12:30: Crawling Babies

    Classes are set up as an 8 class term journey. You have the option to enroll by the term or drop in. Please consider enrolling by the term as this saves you money and helps us to create a genuine container and rhythm for you and your children.

Narelle’s classes are exquisite. They are so attuned to the needs of mothers that it feels like a mother’s circle but with freedom to really move, release and reconnect with your body. Babies play at ease under Narelle’s attuned, informed and relaxed guidance, where different philosophies weave together to simply support curiosity and connection.
