The evening will be led by a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, calling in all the guidance that you might require for your personal journey.
Simone will open the space container with a cacao blessing, honoring all the lands and our ancestors. With cacao in your body vessel, you will be ready to nestle up meanwhile, sounds and spoken words will guide you into a deep meditative state.
When you have come back into presence within your body, an integrative sharing circle will help you to bring awareness to what you have experienced, allowing you to be held and witnessed by the group.
Cacao is a potent plant medicine which opens the heart space and allows the unveiling of the heart’s shadows. Bliss, joy, love, peace, sadness or a deep sense of stillness may be experienced. Remember that any arising emotion is serving you perfectly, so the invitation is to allow yourself to surrender, and to feel fully without any judgements for your personal purpose of growth, healing and expansion into unconditional Love.
𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 + 𝐑𝐄𝐈𝐊𝐈 𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐘 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆
Be lovingly guided and immersed physically, emotionally and energetically in the vibrational healing frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum and other Earth grounding instruments, to harmonise the body’s waters, align the energy centres, and reconnect with Mother Earth and the guidance within you.
The space will also be filled with the highest vibration of pure unconditional Love and Divine Light, as we will channel Reiki Energy Healing in your being, while you journey through time, space and body.
YIN + YOGA NIDRA
Our descent continues with the practices of Yin & Yoga Nidra, guided gently by Jess.
Our Yin Yoga offers a movement practice of no effort. A tender, loving sequence of comfy, cosy yoga asana (postures) support us to soften the body, open the heart, dissolve unconscious tension and holding patterns, and allow the waters of Cacao to merge ever deeper with our own.
Yoga Nidra will serve as a guided meditation for deep rest, both reconnecting us to body and Self, and expanding our awareness to the interconnectedness of universal oneness. Jess’s Nidra offerings are a heart-exploding, yet grounding & regulating journey, whose immense power can only be grasped by experiencing it for yourself ;)
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS

Simone upholds a special relationship with the Elements and Mother Earth. This relationship stems from many lifetimes of exploring rituals and undertaking sacred plant medicine ceremonies, following shamanic ancient traditions + the rites of passage and honoring his plants and human teachers.
He came into his body in the Northern Hemisphere of the planet, in a little town surrounded by mountains, rivers, forest and wildlife. Simone has been moving around since a young age looking for a place to call home, when he finally realised that this place is within him, in the heart centre, Anahata.
Simone is a space holder, ceremonialist and Reiki Master, who draws upon different tools in his offerings, in reverence of the lineage that he has be initiated in as: reiki energy healing, guided meditations, Kundalini kriyas, Pranayama activation, sound and sacred Cacao Ceremonies. The connection between Simone and Cacao medicina is profound, full of respect and reverence.

Space holder. Ceremonialist. Yoga Facilitator. Mystic. Jess is a multi-dimensional facilitator of the healing arts devoted to the path of embodiment, gentle rewilding, and fiercely softening bodies and hearts. Her offerings stem from living day-to-day in attunement with the Earth, deconditioning hustle-culture from our personal and collective systems, and falling in love with even the most challenging parts of our humanness, to return the sacredness to this sweet, tender human condition. There is room for it all.
Heart-centred, earth-centred, deep, expansive, soulful - and just a little cheeky; Jess's spaceholding flows out from her own healing journey, which places gentleness, connection & self-trust at the heart of it all.
Her work is informed by multiple yogic, shamanic and progressive psychotherapeutic lineages, weaving the guidance of astrology, plant medicine, subtle energetics, and moving beyond trauma into embodiment.
Jess wishes to softly support others into remembrance of their own unique gifts, vibrant authentic expression and self-guidance. To restore trust in our own inner knowing, the intelligence of the heart, the wisdom of our bodies & the cycles of nature. And above all, to support us to feel deeply at home, safe and thriving in our own body and being.

Cacao cups, Yoga mats, bolsters and cushions will be present in the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

- blanket
- an eye-mask/bandana (highly recommended)
- any sacred or familiar items to support you (crystal, feathers, cushion, teddy bear, etc.)
- snacks, to ground after the Journey, before driving home
- wear comfortable, warm, loose yoga clothing that enables movement with ease
