FULL DAY ROUNDING RETREAT with Lianne Richards

Release deep stress and fatigue stored in the body with a full day Vedic Meditation Rounding Retreat!

THE REVILLAGING PROJECT
182 Browns Road, Boneo, Vic 3939

Event description

Join us for a One Day Rounding Retreat at The Revillaging Project, a beautiful off-grid sanctuary on 20 acres of wetland on the Mornington Peninsula

Rounding is an advanced practice designed to deepen your meditation experience. It creates deep rest for the whole system so you can release deeper stress and fatigue stored in the body.

It is a sequence of gentle asana (body positions), pranayama (breath work) and meditation to drop you into a state of profound rest and relaxation.

Once you learn how to round you can do it at home as part of your regular meditation routine.

Prerequisite: Open to anyone who has learned Vedic meditation or Transcendental meditation (TM)

*No prior yoga experience required
