Event description

Salty Yarns is a community led initiative to share water wisdom, fondly referred to as "a women's circle for surfing!

These events are facilitated by Peninsula Surf Sisters, each yarn hosted by experienced water women in our community unpacking topics dear to them.

This particular yarn will focus on two very important topics every surfer needs to understand;

This edition of Salty Yarns will be hosted by Janenne Willis and Eglantine "Tina" Balland.

We are so lucky to have these incredible women willing to share their learnings and experience with us, to support us on our surfing journey!

* The ticket price supports the Peninsula Surf Sisters to be able to facilitate events that support the community, and the venue hosting us.

The event will consist of 2 separate Yarns, one each for Forecasting and Etiquette, plus time to mingle.

*Information shared in a Yarn is based on the personal learnings and opinions of experienced water women in our community. It is offered generously with good intent yet is not professional surf coaching or teaching. Please endeavour to surf safely and at your own risk.
