The Art of Authentic Relating

  • The Revillaging Project 182 Browns Road Boneo, VIC, 3939 Australia (map)

You are warmly invited to this immersive afternoon of Authentic Relating. This gathering will involve fun and interactive exercises centered around the theme, "What is it like to be in connection with myself, and others?"

This space is designed for exploring feelings, sensations, boundaries, and self-expression through engaging exercises. It's about empathic collaboration and learning the art of expressing what is present in the moment in a way that creates more connection.

These beautiful practices encourage a deeper experience of awareness that is often not available in our everyday lives. The exercises create a framework for exploring communication in a spontaneous, in-the-moment way, moving away from habitual patterns of relating and inviting a more enlivened way of relating.

One of the benefits of these practices is that they help us become more aware of ourselves and others, and how we inter-relate.

The event will conclude at 4:30 PM, with some time to hang around and chat afterward.

There will also be a 15-minute break in the middle of the event, with some small snacks provided.

***NOTE: It is recommended that participants have some experience in understanding themselves through counseling, sharing circles, meditation, or self contemplation. This event is about slowing down into our humaness to reveal greater depths of ourselves.

If you are new to Authentic Relating or "AR" (as it's often referred to in the community) and have any questions or curiosities, please feel free to contact me via messenger for a chat. There are also plenty of YouTube resources available on Authentic Relating practices.
